A CHILD IS BORN. (to be read on Christmas day)
(Continued from WHAT A NIGHT!)

The lilting voices drew nearer and soon Mary knew what they were saying.
"Its time for the Saviour to be born."
She quickly arose from her bed and gently shook Joseph. "Its Time," she whispered excitedly. "Our Lord is coming!"
The singing grew louder, more angelic and praises flooded the stable as Mary brought forth Jesus into our world.
(Pause for a few seconds to revere this moment.)
A tiny hand, its fingers so delicate, reached up to touch Mary. She smiled at Him. Then she wrapped Him carefully in the swaddling cloths and laid Him in the manger.
"No crib, dear Son," she whispered. "We left that in Nazareth. This will have to do"
Joseph looked at the baby with awe. This tiny baby was God's ONLY Son. And his too. He could barely breathe. Looking up to heaven, he silently promised to protect the Child with his own life.
The ox and the donkeys were also wide awake by now, wondering what was going on. On hearing the cries of the baby, they knew what had happened and they longed to have a peek.
Would they get a chance to look upon the Blessed Babe? What do you think?
Do you want to have a peep too? Well, He has come today. Go, look in the manger. You will see Him there. Kiss Him and wish Him a Happy Birthday.
And its not over yet. Come tomorrow and listen to what the Baby said to the sheep. Yes, sheep. They are coming.
See you tomorrow. God Is With You.
